each vegetable capsule contains:

acerola (Malpighia glabra L.) extract 150 mg.
providing 17% vitamin C (25.5 mg.)
vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 13 mg.
providing 43% vitamin C (6 mg.)
ascorbic acid 200 mg.
providing 100% vitamin C (200 mg.)
hesperidin methyl chalcone (98% pure) 150 mg.
naringin (98% pure) 150 mg.

Dosage:

1–8 capsules per day, in divided doses, between meals.
