Cape Amethyst balances the inner bodies (emotional, spiritual, etc.). It provides more energy.

Cape Amethyst  also helps with inner alignment. Use a very small spherically shaped stone (4-6mm) on acupressure points for 1-5 minutes to clear energy blockages. If you use larger spheres (8mm), it requires less than a minute to clear energy blockages.

Cape Amethyst is also good for arthritis. For arthritis, gem therapists advise wrapping strands of cape amethyst beads around the aching joint.
